My name is Jaleesha. I have PCOS (Polycystic ovary syndrome). After years of trying to conceive, I decided to get an HSG, which resulted in finding out that both of my fallopian tubes are blocked. Upon finding this out we were told our only option is IVF. While it's exciting to know that there is a possibility that I will become a mom. However, it is a very expensive process from treatment to medication. While we are saving, a little help would be amazing in making this process move along a little quicker.
