After 8 years of a grueling infertility journey, we are at a crossroads where we try IVF one more time or move on from the dream of having a child of our own. Over the past eight years we have been through endometriosis removal surgeries, two failed rounds of IVF, and years with reproductive immunologists working their hardest to help us achieve natural conception. We are now working with a reproductive immunologist and IVF clinic who work closely together and feel they have a treatment plan that we are great candidates for a successful round of IVF. We have endured hope and pain over and over again throughout our journey. Financially the impact of treatment has weighed heavily on us and now we are about the climb this mountain again with the hope of finally bringing home a baby of our own. This cycle will also incur additional medication costs to ensure my ovaries are well enough to tolerate stimulation. We are also seeking treatment in Chicago as Indiana residents so there will be travel and lodging costs on top of treatment and medication costs. I work two jobs and my husband consistently works overtime every week in order to ensure that we can continue to pursue our dreams of being a family. Any assistance towards our dreams finally becoming a reality and allowing us to enjoy the process without the overarching financial burden would be so incredibly generous and appreciated.
