Hope for life

I met My husband in Cairo we’re I am originally from. We have Medical insurance it covers me for treatment but we don’t have luck I don’t know why. Everything looks normal for both of us but I don’t have the money for surrogacy. I can’t afford it for my birthday this year I would like to receive some Hope and my birthday is in October.
