We are Shereen and Emeka Onyekachi, a husband-and-wife team whose lives are rooted in faith, resilience, and love of family. Together, we have walked a journey filled with both challenges and hope as we work toward building the family we’ve always dreamed of. Shereen is a filmmaker, nonprofit leader, and community advocate, while Emeka brings dedication, perseverance, and a deep commitment to family and community. Our shared experiences have inspired us to not only pursue our own dream of parenthood but also to support and uplift other families on similar paths. Why We Are Fundraising We are fundraising to help cover the significant costs of fertility treatments and family-building, while also laying the foundation for The Gift of Parenting — an initiative dedicated to supporting parents and parents-to-be with resources, encouragement, and community. Parenthood is a blessing we deeply cherish, and this fundraiser allows us to move closer to our own dream while creating a ripple effect of hope and support for others.
