My name is Samantha Puckett and I was forced to have a tubal ligation done when I was 21 by my husband at the time. He was very controlling and abusive so I obeyed.
I have a new husband now who wants nothing more than to have a baby with me and I'm now 37. We can not afford to pay for a reversal ourselves and insurance doesn't cover it.
