Hi, my name is Cassedy. I am 29 years old and just passed a huge milestone in my life. I am now 10 years cancer free from Ovarian cancer. At age 19 I was diagnosed with stage 2 ovarian cancer, had to have my L ovary removed and undergo 4 months of chemotherapy. I have now been trying to conceive for 3 years. I have been on over a dozen rounds of fertility meds and 6 rounds of IUI. My significant other and I are ready to move on to IVF and want nothing more than to start a family. I am an ER nurse and my spouse is a counselor in a prison. We have both dreamed of being parents and throughout every obstacle the journey to parenthood has thrown at us we will continue to do whatever it takes to get us there.
