Hi everyone! We are Ernie and Kasey Homberg. We have been married for 4 years and have known that we want to be parents the entire time. We started our journey to grow our family back in 2020. After a year of trying, we started to grow concerned that we would need help. However with Ernie being in the Air Force, we delayed starting treatments due to a deployment and a couple TDYs. In 2023, We finally started the multitude of infertility tests to be diagnosed with unexplained infertility. Since then, we've done several medicated cycles and 2 IUIs that were unsuccessful. Now, we are finally starting the process of IVF. Unfortunately, our military health insurance doesn't cover anything for IVF and it can be quite expensive.
