IVF support to have a baby

My name is Shannon. My husband John and I have been trying for a baby for a year now. I am 35 and he is 34 yrs old. We have no children, except fur-babies (dog and cat). We started our journey Dec 2021, we thought getting pregnant would be easy since I have regular periods and I ovulate on my own. After 6 months of trying we started fertility testing. We attempted two IUI's which both failed. August 2022 I had uterine fibroid and 5 polyps removed. Then in Dec 2022 I had both of my fallopian tubes un-blocked. However, my ovarian reserve has dropped from 0.96 to 0.66 within 6 months. Our fertility doctor said our window is closing soon on if we will be able to have a baby. I am a mental health therapist and my husband works in construction. We do not have insurance coverage for IVF and want to pursue all options to support the possibility of having a family one day.
