Joey was a great foster parent to Zane for 6 1/2 years.Just needs a little help to have his own son. Zane ( with the red hair) is now reunited with his mom. The 566 miles they live from each other will never brake that special bond. They still do their secrete handshake on FaceTime.  He is a wonderful father to his daughter.
