Our Gift of Parenthood Journey ❤️ Two years ago, I embarked on a journey to foster my daughter, knowing from day one that I would one day adopt her. I had prayed for 10 years for the gift of adoption, never knowing that my journey would lead me through foster care. But this is the journey God had for me. The little girl God placed in my home has become my own. She is a part of me, a part of my home, and a part of our family. I cannot imagine our lives without her. As we get closer to adoption, I am looking to raise funds to help support our future together. This includes her personal therapy, which I currently pay for out of pocket, and the ongoing support she may need throughout her life. While the trauma she has experienced is in the past, I want to make sure she has every opportunity and every resource available to support her future. Whether that looks like mental health services, counseling through faith-based Christian counselors, or organizations that help support beautiful children like her, I want to be able to provide those opportunities. My greatest desire is to give her a beautiful, healthy, and supported future. If you feel graciously led to give toward our journey, we would be so incredibly grateful.
