My name is Leah and my partners name is Ryan. We just celebrated our 7 year anniversary and this June will be 5 years of trying to conceive. We have been diagnosed with unexplained infertility. We have had 8 failed rounds of medicated cycles. Our first round resulted in pregnancy but unfortunately ended in miscarriage. We have also failed 2 rounds of intrauterine insemination. Our doctors tell us it is now up to IVF. Our journey has been long and stressful on not only my partner and I but our loved ones as well. Having a baby means carrying on my partners name, being the type of mom that I didnt have, raising a child to be the best they can be, watching my child walk down the isle and start a family of their own, becoming a grandparent and leaving this world knowing I experienced true unconditional love.
I never though this would be our story but now that it is, I know that I will never give up hope that one day we will look into our little ones eyes and know that we are so lucky to have them. We will look at our tiny baby and be thankful for anyone here or outside of this page who helped make our biggest dream come true.
