My name is Zelda lavenger and I have glematosis. when I was 13 years old I lost my right ovary to a tumor the size of a cantaloupe that weighed 15 lbs and when I turned 18 I lost my other ovary to the same type of tumor that the doctors had missed was growing or even a possibilityof growing. I lost the ability to have children at an extremely young age A teenager and all I've ever wanted is to be a mother. now we have to jump through these hoops and hurdles just to start our family. While I do not blame my doctors I do think that this could have been preventable or at least my eggs be saved but due to the lack of care that they gave I lost all ability to if not Just have kids lost the ability to possibly lessen the cost for our future.
