I’m Kendra & this is my husband Nick. Nick was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at just six months old, and his life expectancy was twenty-one. He’s still crushing those odds as we just celebrated his thirty-fifth birthday. Nick and I have been together four years, married for one and look forward to so many more years of happiness together. Cystic Fibrosis is a genetically inherited disease, and affects your respiratory and pancreatic systems. Another unfortunate side effect of the disease is infertility… or so they say. Thankfully, with many medical advances made, we do have a shot at starting a family through IVF[in-vitro fertilization]. The process is in-depth, and both physically and emotionally straining. This journey sadly also comes with a financial weight, and this is where you can help us continue to beat the odds!
