My name is Sami and for 2.5 years I went through cancer treatment for stage 2b unfavorable hodgkin's lymphoma, I am now in remission but due to chemotherapy I am in menopause and my ovaries no longer work. My boyfriend and I would love to have a baby together but unfortunately when I started treatment I couldn't afford to freeze my eggs. I was told my best chance to have a baby myself is through ivf with either a donor egg or possibly my own egg.
