Let's Make a Baby!

Okay y'all, super vulnerable share incoming... For the last two and a half years, Jack and I have been trying to conceive. We have tried many options: timed insemination at home with frozen sperm from a bank, timed insemination at home with fresh sperm, and medicated IUIs through a fertility clinic. After 4 unsuccessful attempts with doctors and about 8 unsuccessful attempts at home, IVF is now our only option. We have already spent a great deal of money through all of our attempts and are now in a position of asking for help from our loved ones. If you know us, you know how much we want this and also know the kind of parents we hope to be. Both Jack and I have so much love to give and want more than anything to pour that love into a little human. Anything you are able to give helps us. The full cost of 1 round of IVF is about $15,000 without the additional cost of medications and copays for the things our insurance will cover. Everything you give will go directly to helping us pay down the cost of the procedure and make this more accessible to us. We recognize that in the world we live in, this is not the most significant cause you could give your money to, but wow could it change our lives. It is a privilege to be able to access this type of medical care at all and we are appreciative of any and all support. We need hope and queer people deserve to procreate! We just want more than anything to spread and share love and create a good little human for this world.
