Looking to start family after loss

My name is Janeen! My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 2 years. 4 years ago when we first starting dating I got pregnant (I was beyond excited) unfortunately my husband was in a mass shooting that took the lives of our friends, with all of that stress I miscarried. Once we got married in 2020, we decided to try again. Since then, we have miscarried 6 more times. My doctor put me on Letrozole for 6 months, but we were still unsuccessful. I was diagnosed with PCOS and was told my last option to conceive was IVF. My husband is currently in EMT school and then will be joining fire academy. We would really appreciate any help in starting our family.
