Hi my name is Stephanie and I suffer from Polycystic ovary syndrome most commonly known as PCOS. PCOS is a hormonal disorder common among women of reproductive age. This disorder causes enlarged ovaries with small cysts on the outer edges, menstrual irregularity, excess hair growth, acne, and obesity. PCOS is one of the most common causes of female infertility, affecting 6% to 12% (as many as 5 million) of American women of reproductive age. Although this is more common than not, I oftentimes feel like I'm on an island by myself and no one understands the pain I go through. My husband Alvin and I have been married for almost 3 years and unfortunately in those 2 years we have suffered child loss twice within one year. This time around we decided to start fertility treatments. As we look towards the future we're hoping the third time's the charm. It's been a wild and unsettling ride but we're optimistic in our pursuit of establishing a family. We would be honored if you would help us today by donating and relieving us of the financial burden of fertility treatments. Even if $5 is all you have that would be greatly appreciated.
