Hi my name is Valerie. About 13 years ago, a younger version of me decided, with doctors suggestion, to tie my tubes. I was a single mom, for many years, already had children at a young age, doctors suggested I tie my tubes. Having a hard last pregnancy, and not much information during that time on tying tubes or any other form or birth control, I didn’t want to have another child without a father present. The me today, regrets everything I did back then. For the last 10 years, I have had a hard time with myself and coming to terms that I can’t have another baby. I have a wonderful fiancé who wants nothing more than to have a child with me, it hurts me everyday that I cannot give that. Due to my procedure and me approaching my 40’s, IVF is the only way to go for us, and money is hard to find for these procedure. I am asking for anything that could help us with our journey.
