Hi friends and family! After many failed attempts, we are on to IVF! I have received my med list, which alone is $1,500! 13 meds, 9 of which are injections 7 of those being daily injections! This process is hard, but SO worth it! We do have to travel to New York now as well, which adds to costs. We appreciate each and every one of you. Thank you! **We are now at a new fertility clinic and will be able to start the process VERY soon. We have almost everything covered and just need a little boost to finish! Thank you all SOOO much for supporting us?** I’m Samantha and my wife is Marie. We’ve been trying to create our family for just over 4 years now with no success. We’ve gone through so many hurdles to have a baby as I’ve been diagnosed with unexplained infertility. We’ve done 20+ failed at home inseminations, multiple chemical pregnancy’s, 3 failed IUI’s with my OBGYN, and are now starting the process of IVF. As most of you know, fertility treatments are not cheap & most insurances do not cover them. We are fortunate that our insurance covers the monitoring (ultrasounds, bloodwork, tests: saline sono/HSG, and some oral meds). We have spent well over $5,000 already between purchasing Sperm, iui’s, meds, etc. We are hoping to lessen the financial burden of this process a little bit with this fundraiser.
