I am wanting a tubal reversal because my life circumstances, priorities, and future have changed since I made the original decision to have my tubes tied. I am building a life with my husband, and we are entering a new chapter together. I have graduated college, accomplished personal and professional goals, and watched my children grow into their own stages of independence. My oldest child is preparing to leave home for college, which is a reminder of how quickly time passes and how much life continues to change. As I look toward the future, I find myself wanting the opportunity to expand our family with my husband. This is not a decision I am making lightly. It comes from personal growth, a different stage of life, and a genuine desire to experience pregnancy and motherhood again. I understand that reversal is not guaranteed to result in pregnancy, but I would like the opportunity to try. I feel that my circumstances are different now, and I want the chance to make this choice for my future and my family.
