My name is Brittni, and I have endometriosis, commonly referred to as endo for those who may not know. Endo is a common health issue in women where the tissues grow outside of thee uterus, causing pain and, often, infertility. It affects 11% of American women between 15 and 44. My husband was diagnosed with low motility and have been trying to get pregnant for the past 4 years. Our fertility doctor has given us IVF as the only option for us to have our family.However, while being active duty tricare doesn’t cover the cost of medication nor the procedure. Now, as we process the grief of endo and low sperm motility making the ability to conceive naturally no chance. We are looking optimistically to starting our IVF journey. Our fight isn’t over!
