My name is Kay and I'm 30 years old. I have what my doctor calls unspecified infertility. Doctors are not sure why we have not conceived over the last decade. PCOS was originally suspected but my hormone panels do not reflect that diagnosis. Everything looks fine however without treatment, my body refuses to cooperate. I experience spontaneous ovulation and menstrual cycles. Anyone in this position knows how heartbreaking it can be to feel like you're the reason your dreams aren't coming true. It's becoming increasingly hard to fake a smile as the pregnancy announcements come pouring in. I have been recommended fertility treatments-- including meds, IUI and ultimately IVF. This path is very costly. It would be the greatest miracle of my and my husband's lives to have our bundle of joy. Literally anything you can find in your heart to give would help.
