Mire IVF Journey

My name is Korie Mire I am a firefighter and a operator at DOW chemical. My wife Loren is a nurse at Memorial Hermann. Loren has brought 2 beautiful children in my life when we got together 3 years ago ages 9 & 7. Right away I said that those are my kids too. Last year Loren and I got married in May and bought our first home in August. Love our kids more than they will ever know however, we want a child that has a piece of the both of us. We are wanting to raise money to help us financially through the IVF process. Having 2 children already with no help from their father doesn’t make things easy for us. The sperm donor isn’t covered by our insurance and some of the tests that need to be done on the eggs aren’t covered as well. We are wanting to take my eggs and implant them in Loren. That way our baby will have my genes but her blood. Having a baby has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember. Please help Loren and I make our dream come true.
