Infertility treatment

I married my husband in 2021 but we have been in a relationship for basically 3 years. He was abandoned as a baby and he has no one but me. We have been trying for two years to have a child but it doesn't work. I already had many treatments but nothing. Now I want to have another last treatment. I feel tired, stressed, sad and depressed. Although he doesn't tell me anything, I know that he already wants a son. Thank you
