We are preparing to start our family. Our goal is to do reciprocal IVF, each of us plans to carry the other’s eggs. Last year we found out that I have low AMH, which is the hormone they test to estimate the number of follicles in your ovaries. The more follicles one has, the better the chances are to produce mature eggs for retrieval to make embryos. With low AMH it was suggested to use to get my eggs out asap, create embryos and freeze them for the future. We have completed retrieval number two as retrieval one did not go as well as we planned. Thank to the second retrieval we have enough eggs for multiple implantation attempts. We are seeking assistance to reduce the financial burden of back to back retrievals.
