A family very close to us has already walked through so much on their journey to grow their family. After going through IVF, they were so hopeful to finally be pregnant, and recently experienced the heartbreaking loss of that baby through stillbirth and then a subsequent miscarriage. Now, while they’re still grieving, they’re also trying to figure out what comes next. Before moving forward with another transfer, they’ve been advised to do additional testing on their remaining embryos. It’s an important next step, but also a significant unexpected expense. That’s why we created One More Step Toward Baby. The goal is simply to help take one piece of the weight off their shoulders. Any support given will go toward the testing they need before they can move forward again, and hopefully give them more answers and a clearer path toward bringing home a baby.
