Hello I'm Ashley, 35 years old and my husband is Josh, 30 years old. I work at the front desk at a VA Clinic and my husband is a high school history teacher. We got married May 2016. We starting trying to get pregnant July of 2019. In March 2020 I had a 12 pound fluid filled mass and my right ovary and tube removed. Still trying with no success I started seeing a local fertility doctor January 2021. I started fertility medication (letrozole then clomid) in March 2021 and took it until August 2022 with no success. October 2021 I had an exploratory surgery where they found endometriosis. December 2021 I had surgery to remove the endometriosis. After no success with the medications I then got a referral for Nashville fertility clinic. We went for our first appointment November 29th. The doctor talked about IUI some but recommended IVF. We decided we would like to give IUI a chance first. We will do three rounds of IUI (if needed) before moving to the IVF process. I will be doing FSH injections for my IUI treatment. All I've ever wanted is to be a mom and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read my story??
