My name is Heather and my husband and I are humbly asking for any donation towards our fundraiser for IVF treatment to grow our family. In 2014 we began our long road to parenthood; and after several unsuccessful years, surgeries, and an endometriosis diagnosis later, we started our journey with IVF. In 2018 we went through our first round of IVF and were lucky to make three embryos. Sadly, my first embryo transfer resulted in a miscarriage. My second embryo transfer was a success, but tragically we lost our babies at 16 weeks. We were now parents to conjoined twin girls in heaven. With our last and final embryo, we finally had our dreams come true. We welcomed our beautiful daughter, Olivia, in August of 2019. She is absolutely perfect and the best combination of both myself and my husband. For nearly four years I had made peace with the fact that we would be a family of five; party of three. I was more than grateful for our miracle daughter and my babies in heaven. But sometimes life has other plans.. and so does my three year old, who is now asking for a sibling.
