Hi everyone! My name is Anna! I am a nurse for animal, and My husband Chris is a nurse for humans! We are 35 and 40. I have been trying to get pregnant on our own for a while. After countless miscarriages, uterine repair surgeries, and uterine polyps, we are now on the road to IVF. We are SO excited. Being parents is all we’ve ever dreamed of and I know we’ll be the most amazing mom and dad to a little one. I’m fundraising to help offset the cost of IVF, which includes the medication and genetic testing of our embryos (our doctor recommended it due to my history of miscarriage). Life has been stressful lately with Chris’ dad being diagnosed with Frontotemporal Dementia, and our 13 year old heart dog was diagnosed with an incurable brain cancer. I’m fundraising secretly from Chris in hopes that I can take some of the financial stress off of him. I know a lot of people are in the same boat as Chris and myself, and I wish all of us the best of luck on our journeys to parenthood.
