My name is Porsha and my spouse's name is Jerome. We have been trying to conceive for 7 years naturally and it has been unsuccessful. Our fertility journey has been a deep and emotional rollercoaster. I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) .
