We are the Penicks! Jason and I have been trying to get pregnant naturally and we have failed for 4 years. In august, I had a laparoscopic surgery and received a diagnosis of stage 4 endometriosis with multiple endometriomas (largest one measuring 15cm). With my bowels, tubes and ovaries “cemented” to the back of uterus by the adhesions, my gynecological oncologist suggested that I get pregnant with the help of a fertility specialist! We have shared our struggles with fertility with our families and after failed rounds of clomid, we are moving to the big leagues.
