My name is Emily. Thank you for taking the time to look at my fundraiser! I have struggled with fertility for going on 15 years. I have polycystic ovarian syndrome. Also referred to as PCOS. I am ready for a chance to be a mom. I really feel like it is my time. If you so choose to donate, I would greatly appreciate it.
