How we'll use the funds: IVF treatments and medications, frozen embryo transfer. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for over two years, and throughout this journey, we have faced many emotional, physical, and financial challenges. After extensive fertility testing and treatment, I was diagnosed with stage 2 endometriosis, a condition that can negatively impact fertility. I underwent laparoscopic surgery to address the endometriosis and correct an abnormality with one of my fallopian tubes. Despite taking these steps and pursuing fertility treatments, including IUI, we have not yet achieved a pregnancy. IVF represents our next opportunity to grow our family, but the significant financial cost creates an additional barrier during an already difficult journey. Receiving this grant would ease some of that financial burden and bring us one step closer to the dream we have been working toward for so long. We are committed to doing everything we can to become parents, and this support would mean more to us than words can express. After more than two years of hope, uncertainty, and perseverance, we would be incredibly grateful for the opportunity to pursue IVF and have a chance at welcoming a child into our family.
