Ryan and Jessica

Our names are Ryan and Jessica. We have been trying to grow our family since about 2019 after our first son turned 2. With no issues conceiving our first child we did not expect to run into any infertility problems. In 2020 after a year of trying I went in for diagnostic testing and during a HSG procedure the doctor diagnosed my right tube as hydrosalpinx. With that I was referred to surgery to remove that tube and possibly open my left tube to be able to try again. The tube was removed along with lots of scar tissue indicative of endometriosis. About 4 weeks after surgery my husband was deployed overseas and we didn't really get the opportunity to try after surgery. He returned May 2021 and we began to try again for almost another year before my second HSG. This time my left tube was showing the same as the right. Our doctor now recommends that we remove the remaining tube and go strait to IVF. This is not the news we were hoping to hear but we are trying to work through it. As you know this process can be quite expensive and we are asking for a little assistance our military insurance doesn't offer us much help.
