Hi, I’m Sara. My husband, Brian, and I met 13 years ago and have been trying to conceive for more than 10 years. It has been our dream to become parents and experience all the highs and lows of parenthood. We have endured a long emotional rollercoaster that isn’t over yet. I have gone through multiple surgeries to help with fertility, 4 surgeries due to recurring uterine fibroids, and 3 failed IUI attempts and am now attempting IVF . We never imagined we would be going through such a difficult process with our fertility journey. Although this process has been physically, emotionally, and mentally challenging, we have not lost that last glimmer of hope to start a family. Due to the cost of IVF which is extremely expensive it has put us in a difficult financial position. Unfortunately our health insurance doesn’t cover any of the cost for IVF. We know it takes a village to succeed in life and we are hoping our village, our community, family, and friends, will help us make our dream come true. We are grateful for those who bless us through this journey.
