Thank you for considering my application and for offering hope to families walking through this challenging journey. Navigating the emotional and physical demands of fertility treatments requires immense resilience, but the financial burden remains the largest barrier between myself and my dream of becoming a mother. Receiving this grant would not only alleviate a profound financial weight, but it would also provide the vital resources needed to safely move forward with my care at Pacific Northwest Fertility. I am deeply grateful for your time, your dedication to this community, and the opportunity to be considered for this life-changing support. Your foundation's support would turn a distant hope into an active, attainable medical reality for me. How we'll use the funds: I am currently coordinating my timeline and securing the necessary financial resources, and this grant would specifically pay for the clinical and medical costs associated with my treatment, including regular follicular monitoring, surgical facility fees, embryology lab costs, and critical IVF medications if necessary.
