My name is Rachel and I married the love of my life, Kristopher, about a year and a half ago. I am almost 27 years old and met my lifelong partner when I was only 19 years old. Since the day we met, we have talked about how we both long to create a family of our own as we have always been so close with our families growing up. I received a very heart-breaking diagnosis in January 2022 of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency, basically meaning my ovaries are not functioning the way a typical 26-27 year old's ovaries should. I have been given a <5% chance of conceiving, even with the help of reproductive assistance. My husband and I are ready to move forward with donor egg IVF as creating a family is more important to us than anything, though this decision took a lot of courage, strength and time to cope. We are graciously asking for help as we set out on this new journey. We are hopeful to become parents someday, however, we are seeking assistance with the financial burden that comes along with IVF and use of donor eggs.
