My name is Ashley, and my husband Joshua and I are on a journey to start our family. For the past year and a half, we have been navigating the challenging path of fertility treatments due to my Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). Despite six rounds of IUI and trying on our own for 3 years, my body has yet to cooperate, and we now face the challenges of moving on to IVF. Growing up in a family with five kids, I've always been surrounded by love and laughter. Watching my siblings welcome their little ones into the world has been a beautiful experience, and I've cherished every moment as an auntie for the past 24 years. My husband, a Disabled Veteran Marine, has embraced my nieces and nephews as his own, showing them the same love and kindness he extends to everyone around him. Seeing him interact with them has only deepened my longing to see him become a father to our own child. We had diligently saved up for IVF, but a recent financial setback has left us short of the funds needed to proceed. This has brought us to a place we never imagined: asking for help. It's not easy to reach out, but the dream of holding our own baby in our arms makes it worth it. We are planning to start our IVF process in September and are working hard to rebuild our savings. However, the cost of IVF is significant, and we need a bit more assistance to make our dream a reality. Your support, no matter how small, would mean the world to us.
