Hello my name is Jalissa and I'm asking for assistance with funding for fertility treatment. I reside in a state where it's not offered. Me and my partner been together for over 10 years been trying nearly that long. He has 2 other children with two other females before we started dating. I'm on medicaid but was told it wouldn't cover. I been to the Dr got hormones check nothing was out of whack no real explanation. No other health issues that could cause. Spoken over the phone with ART Fertility clinic it's a co payment of 300.00 just for consultation. I'm at the point of giving up I'm 31 years old with the ability of not ever conceiving. If I can receive any assistance that could help me if it's funding or pointing me to someone or something to get the cost down to start a family before it's possibly to late.
