Tubal reversal

My name is Tara, I'm reaching out for help in having my tubes reversed. I had them tied at 22 years old because I was in an abusive relationship , and I didn't want to risk having another baby with that man. He had already caused me to lose two kids prior to the one we had. Ever since my tunes were tied I have battles depression, anxiety, hair loss and migraines. I would like to have then untied not just for th health reasons. But to finally have a family and give m son another sibling. Anything would help even it it was a $1 I'd be grateful.
