Hi I'm a mom of three and was in an abusive marriage for 10 years and had my tubes tied so no other kids would have to go through it. I finally escaped and got reacquainted with a man I've known over 10 years. He has been so understanding and accepting about not having a baby. He has no biological children of his own, but claims mine. He loves them more than life itself. We've been wanting to have a baby for a long time but it's so expensive and money has had to go elsewhere. I don't think it's fair that my ex can have more kids and I can't. It's like he still has a hold on me and I'm not fully free from him unless we do this. That's not the main reason for wanting a baby. I'm 34 and afraid we will run out of time.
