Wanting another chance to

Hello, My name is Sammie and I am a 35 year old mother of a 6 year old. After separating and divorcing my ex, I still dreamed of being able to have another child someday. I met my partner and have struggled with his vasectomy choice prior to meeting me. Sure, he could have it reversed… but at his age, he is concerned he will and it won’t work. We are looking into ICSI, so that I can have at least a small chance to have another child with someone I love. I tried to tell myself for years that I would be okay, that I am thankful for having one child who is my whole world. But, if i’m being honest I fall apart over choosing to follow my heart and be with the person I love while giving up my dreams to carry a child again. We don’t have financial  recourses for either option at this point, and I realize there are other couples who probably need this more than we do, I am thankful to have a 6 year old and will never stop being thankful. I just pray to have the chance to be able to Conceive and give my daughter a sibling and further my Journey as a Mom.
