Official Grant Program Rules

1. Eligibility

The Gift of Parenthood Grant Program ("Program") is a need-based charitable grant program open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age at the time of application. Employees, officers, and directors of Gift of Parenthood, Inc., their immediate family members, and household members are not eligible.

2. Application Periods

The Program operates on a quarterly basis. Application periods are as follows:

• Spring: January 15 - April 15
• Summer: April 16 - July 15
• Fall: July 16 - October 15
• Winter: October 16 - January 14

3. How to Apply

To apply, applicants must create a free account at giftofparenthood.org and complete the grant application form during an active application period. Limit one application per person per quarter.

4. Grant Award

Each quarter, Gift of Parenthood will select up to twenty-five (25) grant recipients. Each recipient may receive up to $20,000 in grant funds, depending on their treatment plan and financial need. The exact award amount is at the sole discretion of Gift of Parenthood.

5. Selection Process

Recipients are selected by the Gift of Parenthood grant committee based on demonstrated financial need, completeness of the application, and treatment plan documentation. Selection is made on the merits of each application — this is a need-based charitable grant, not a sweepstakes, lottery, or random drawing — and the committee's decisions are final.

6. Grant Disbursement

Grant funds are disbursed directly to the recipient's fertility treatment provider. Funds may not be used for purposes other than fertility-related medical treatment.

7. Taxes

Grant recipients are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from the receipt of grant funds. Gift of Parenthood will issue appropriate tax forms as required by law.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected during the application process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By applying, applicants consent to the collection and use of their information for Program administration.

9. General Conditions

Gift of Parenthood reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time for any reason. All decisions of Gift of Parenthood regarding the Program are final and binding.
