Army veteran and I trying for baby

Hi my name is Nikki. My husband and I have been married for 14 years. My husband served in army for 12 years he is a army vet. My story begins before I meet my husband I got my tubes tied I was raising my 3 kids by my self. I listened to the wrong people that told me I should get them tied. I regret it everyday. My husband doesn’t have any kids of his own and we want to have one so bad. Anything will help us at this time. We do have a appointment on august 10 th to cyn but we know we won’t have the money for meds if u could help with anything to help us achieve this we would greatly appreciate it.
