Hi there, and thanks for stopping by! ? We're Desiree and Mike K and doggie Lucy, the chocolate lab that just adores kiddos. We would love to build our family with a baby and have been working toward that goal for about 9 years now. Desiree is diagnosed with endometriosis-a condition that causes uterine tissue to grow outside of the uterus and general inflammation near and sometimes on the reproductive organs. After consulting with different physicians through the years, our inability to conceive naturally has been attributed to endometriosis and unexplained infertility. In vitro fertilization has been outlined by medical doctors as our option for family building. One doctor stated their belief that we have a 1 percent chance of having a baby without IVF. We are starting this fundraiser in hopes of raising funds for medication needed for the IVF process as the medication typically costs between $5000-$8000 for a single round of IVF.
