Hello,
My name is Jeanne and I have been married to my husband Joseph almost four years now. Joseph is a veteran and we met while we both worked at a hospital. We have been trying to start a family since we got married. I went to my Obgyn about two years ago and I was told there wasn't any issue and we should just keep trying. The thought of me having fertility issues never crossed my mind because I never had any health issues and for the most part lived a healthy lifestyle. Fast forward two years of trying I decided to go to a fertility center and did all the bloodwork I was told I have a low AMH and the best chance of us having a family would be IVF. I started IVF in April of this year. I did my first round in May 2023 I had ten eggs but only one made it to an embryo. We decided to do another round of IVF and the second time we had three embryos but only one made it and the other two were abnormal. We were advised by the clinic we should do another round of IVF because with only two embryos it was a chance of not having a baby because the embryo transfer could fail. Right now were in a tough place because we've already took out over 40,000 in a loan for our IVF journey. To do this next round of IVF not only is mentally and physically hard but financially makes it so much harder. Any help in this journey would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for taking the time to read our IVF journey. My heart and prayers are with everyone else that is going through these struggles.
