Stripe Payouts & Transfer Verification

Payouts on Gift of Parenthood are handled by Stripe, our payments partner. Occasionally Stripe needs extra information to verify your identity before it can send your money. This is a normal security step that protects you, and it can pause payouts until the request is completed.

Finish verification from your dashboard

The fastest path is right inside your account:

1. Go to Withdrawals in your dashboard.
2. If the Bank Account card says Onboarding Incomplete, click Complete Setup. Stripe's secure page will walk you through whatever is still missing.
3. When everything checks out, the card will show Bank Account Connected and your payouts can move again.

If Stripe emailed you asking for updated information, you can also handle it on Stripe's site:

1. Visit connect.stripe.com/express_login.
2. Sign in with the same email you used when you connected your bank account on Gift of Parenthood. Stripe sends a verification code to the phone number on your account.
3. Follow the prompts on your Stripe dashboard to submit the requested information.

What Stripe might ask for

Stripe may request things like a photo ID, your date of birth, part of your Social Security number, or confirmation of your bank details. Providing them promptly keeps your payouts on schedule.

A quick reassurance: your bank connection lives entirely with Stripe. Gift of Parenthood never sees your bank login, balance, or transactions. If you prefer to share less with Stripe too, choose Enter bank details manually on Stripe's screen and provide only your routing and account numbers.

How long payouts take

Once your account is verified and a withdrawal is approved, payouts are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
