Countries supported on Gift of Parenthood

Gift of Parenthood can currently send withdrawals to bank accounts in four countries:

• United States
• Canada
• United Kingdom
• Australia

Payouts run through Stripe, our payment partner. When you are ready to withdraw, you connect your bank account from your Withdrawals page, and Stripe verifies your identity and banking details. Your bank account must be registered in one of the countries above, and you must meet the requirements to withdraw funds.

Before you start a fundraiser

Please make sure the person who will withdraw the money, the organizer, has a bank account in a supported country. If you live somewhere else, ask a trusted friend or family member in a supported country to organize the fundraiser on your behalf. They will be the one to withdraw the funds and pass them along to you.

If a fundraiser is created by an organizer who cannot meet the supported country requirements, we may not be able to pay out the money raised, and donations may need to be refunded. Setting things up correctly from the start saves everyone that heartache.
